Warranty Information

Every part backed by our 30-day warranty

PART WARRANTY

All parts sold by The New Country Auto Parts come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. If a part is defective within the warranty period, we'll replace it.

Coverage

30 days from date of purchase. Covers defective parts when properly installed.

Returns

Exchanges only for defective parts — no cash refunds. A 30% restocking fee applies for non-defective returns.

"As-Is" Parts

Parts sold "as-is" are not covered by the warranty and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Core Charges

A core charge is required at the time of purchase for the following parts (if you don't bring in the old core): engines, transmissions, batteries, radiators, alternators, gear boxes, rack and pinion, A/C compressors, A/C condensers, transmission coolers, motor oil coolers, and drive shafts. Core charges are refunded when you return the old part within 5 days.

Warranty Void

Warranty is void if the core is not returned within 5 days of purchase.

Maintenance Requirement

Customer must show proof of oil change every 3,000 miles or 3 months after part installation to maintain warranty coverage on engines and transmissions.


HOW REPLACEMENT WORKS

If a part you purchased fails within the 30-day warranty period, here's exactly what happens:

Free Replacement

If we still have the same part in stock, we replace it at no charge.

Store Credit If We Don't

If we no longer have the part, you get store credit equal to what you paid — usable on anything in the yard.

The customer is responsible for getting the vehicle to us and for installation. The customer must show proof of proper installation and maintenance (oil change every 3,000 miles or 3 months for engines and transmissions).

Payment Methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash.

No Call-Aheads

Parts cannot be removed and set aside before you arrive. Inventory is first-come, first-served — priority goes to customers who are physically present.

Holds

Parts can be held only with an approved down payment.
