How do I check if you have my part?
Call us at (317) 787-7555 — we can check availability while you're on the phone. You can also submit a part request through our website form and we'll get back to you.
Do I have to pull my own parts?
No. We have part-pullers on staff who do the work for you. Just tell us what you need. Want to save even more? Pull it yourself and get a self-pull discount.
What's your warranty?
Every part comes with a 30-day warranty. If a part fails, we provide free towing within Indianapolis city limits and free replacement — no deductibles. Full warranty details.
Do you have an online parts inventory?
We do not currently offer online inventory search. Our inventory changes daily as new vehicles are added and parts are sold. Calling is the fastest way to check availability — we can confirm while you're on the phone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash. Core charges apply for certain parts (engines, transmissions, radiators, alternators, etc.) and are refunded when you return the old part within 5 days.
Can I hold a part over the phone?
Parts cannot be removed and set aside before you arrive — inventory is first-come, first-served. However, we do offer holds with an approved down payment.
What's your return policy?
We offer exchanges only for defective parts — no cash refunds. A 30% restocking fee applies for non-defective returns. Parts sold 'as-is' are not eligible for returns.
