Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website thenewcountryautoparts.com (the "Site") operated by The New Country Auto Parts, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

Parts Sales & Transactions

All parts sales are conducted in person at our salvage yard located at 3013 Stanley Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227. The following terms apply to all parts purchases:

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted over the phone or through our website are estimates and may vary based on actual part condition and availability.
  • Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • Core Charges: Core charges apply to certain parts (engines, transmissions, batteries, radiators, alternators, gear boxes, rack and pinion, A/C compressors, A/C condensers, transmission coolers, motor oil coolers, and drive shafts). Core charges are refunded when the old part is returned within 5 days.
  • Availability: Inventory is first-come, first-served. Parts cannot be held or set aside without an approved down payment. Submitting a part request form does not reserve a part.
  • Returns: Exchanges only for defective parts — no cash refunds. A 30% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Parts sold "as-is" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Warranty

All parts (except those sold "as-is") are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. Full warranty terms, including service warranty details, core charge policies, and maintenance requirements, are available on our Warranty Information page. The warranty terms on that page are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Salvage Yard Policies

By visiting our salvage yard, you agree to the following:

  • Safety vest is required for entry to the yard
  • Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times in the yard
  • No one under 18 years of age is permitted in the yard
  • You must check in at the front desk and be granted access before entering the yard
  • Personal vehicles are not permitted in the yard without prior authorization
  • Customer parking is outside the first gate only
  • We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle while on our property

Website Forms & Communications

When you submit a form on our Site (part request, contact, career application), you acknowledge that:

  • Submitting a form does not guarantee part availability, pricing, or employment
  • We will use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry
  • Response times may vary based on business hours and volume
  • If you opt in to SMS communications, standard messaging terms apply (see our Privacy Policy)

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from The New Country Auto Parts, you agree to the following terms:

  • Program description: The New Country Auto Parts may send automated text messages related to your inquiries, part availability updates, appointment confirmations, service reminders, and promotional offers for our auto parts and salvage yard services.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your activity.
  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
  • Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Upon opt-out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
